A good start for Cromwell Property Group in Gdansk

Cromwell Property Group, the global real estate investment manager, has signed two leases totalling more than 3,300 sqm at the Arkonska Business Park in Gdansk, Poland.

Acting on behalf of the building’s new owners, Cromwell has leased 2,400 sqm of office space to Aplitt, an IT and consulting services provider, and renewed an office lease on 900 sqm with the Polish bank, Bank Zachodini. Following these lettings, 5,500 sqm of office space remains available at the building.

Karol Pilniewicz, Head of CEE, Cromwell Property Group, commented: “To have completed two leases so soon after taking over the asset management of the building is a great result, allowing us to capture reversionary rent and set a new rental level for the building, more in line with other high-quality office space in the area.”

Joanna Gomułkiewicz, Senior Negotiator, Office Agency, Knight Frank, commented: “Arkonska Business Park is located in a prime business area, well connected to the city centre. To have retained BZ WBK at the buildings and attracted Aplitt as a new occupier demonstrate the quality of the space, as well as the demand for high-quality office space in Gdansk.

Knight Frank is the sole agent acting on behalf of Cromwell Property Group on buildings A1 and A2.
